Ketamine Wellness Centers - Brand Development Manager

As the Brand Development Manager for Ketamine Wellness Centers, I worked with the Marketing team to strategically plan and create campaigns, messaging, and other on-brand materials for the largest chain of Ketamine Clinics nationwide. I collaborated cross-departmentally with the leadership team, clinic administrators, patient liaisons, sales, and finance to ensure professional, accurate, cohesive messaging across digital and print materials. As the lead graphic designer, I created on-brand print and digital marketing content for two key demographics; patients and healthcare providers. I created a training program for the sales/Patient Liaison team to effectively use the CRM tool to produce accurate data, insights, and reports that can be used cross-departmentally. I worked collaboratively with the Delic Corp marketing team through the company acquisition period and continued to plan and strategize in anticipation of the large-scale company rebrand to seamlessly integrate the KWC clinics and all Delic companies into one large ecosystem of brands with a cohesive brand identity.

As the Marketing Associate for Nextmune US, I was involved in all aspects of coordinating marketing efforts for the Nextmune US market and the International market. I managed the rebranding process of all brand and marketing collateral during the transition from Spectrum Veterinary to Nextmune. As the Marketing Manager, I had strategic, hands-on involvement in all aspects of events and magazine marketing with a focus on revenue, profitability, and delivering high-quality events, content, and marketing materials. I reported directly to the marketing director and worked cross-departmentally with sales, content management, circulation, production, finance, and operations. I was responsible for execution and assistance in driving event revenue through event production, sales, and sponsorship. Working closely in the execution and promotion of signature events, custom client events, and additional event management assignments. I was also responsible for the design & creation of sales and marketing collateral.
Our team produced successful, revenue-generating, and content-driven events for three brands: PHOENIX magazine, Phoenix Home & Garden, and Cities West Media. I assisted in creating and executing annual and long-term strategy and budget plans to grow event business. I worked with the marketing director to oversee event vendors, develop and implement a portfolio of events including, but not limited to, signature publication events, consumer expos, community and cultural events, celebrations, B2B events, and client-driven programming and activations. I coordinated with sales, production, and finance in logistical execution of all events and assisted in the conceptualization, management, and implementation of strategies for event sales and sponsorship. I managed ticketing, rsvp, general attendance, and ticket fulfillment for general public and private events. In coordination with the director of marketing, I assisted in managing and executing photo and digital communications. Our team partnered with PHOENIX and Phoenix Home & Garden to integrate content into event programming- including Medical Directory, Top Doctors, Masters of the Southwest, Best of The Valley, and other high revenue issues. Overseeing timely delivery of projects and materials ensuring fiscally responsible development and execution, with appropriate accountability and oversight of event staging. I managed sales, event products, advertising, and promotion to ensure pre, daily, and post-event responsibilities to achieve the highest level of efficiencies and productivity.
I designed and coordinated advertising materials and client communications, launching new campaigns and coordinating marketing programs. Working closely with the sales team to retain revenue from existing accounts, as well as generating additional revenue streams by pursuing new business opportunities. I collaborated with the marketing and circulation departments to develop creative marketing plans and distribution strategies. I also met with new and existing clients as needed, in partnership with sales and marketing. I assisted in the negotiation of marketing contracts and fulfillment of assets due both Cities West Media and clients. At Cities West Media, I was the Senior Graphic Designer for two high-volume magazines that are published monthly, as well as six annual publications. I worked with Art Directors & Copy Editors to design and create multiple monthly Special Advertising Sections for both magazines. I also worked with the sales team and their clients to produce high-quality print ads, web ads, and emails that are designed to fit the branding of each individual advertising client. I was also part of the team that manages and updates website content for both magazines. Additionally, I collaborated with the marketing team to design in-house branding materials for other departments, including circulation and special events. I also worked collaboratively with writers, artists, photographers, and editorial staff for special projects.

Responsible for working with the Marketing and Communications Department, as well as the Philanthropic Services Department. Managed the Foundation's multiple social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and updated website content. I coordinated with outsourced vendors to develop on-brand print and online marketing collateral. Worked closely with The County of San Bernardino and other community partners to implement successful national giving day campaigns- offering campaign support to over 100 nonprofit organizations during each campaign.
